 Tibetan Herbal Pills
Tibetan herbal pills are taken hackled with boiled warm or hot water. You can simply crunch them with your teeth and swallow them with the hot / warm water. Or you can crunch them in a mortar (do not take mortars from porcelaine) and then swallow them with warm water.
Very hard pills can be covered with a clean dish towel and smashed with a hammer and then taken with hot boiled water, too.
